WHAT IS INVOLVED IN YOUR GOLF PERFORMANCE
PROGRAM?
Group Training Program ( can also been done
as one on one training ) These are small groups of 5-6 people who meet up once
a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks. You must not miss one session as these are
crucial to the success of the program.
Customised individual program issued with
photos, videos and description of exercises to ensure you can execute with
precision, which in turn will maximise your results, and maintain your success
long term.
A comprehensive assessment procedure using
latest scientific training methods across all elements of fitness - strength,
power, speed, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility, co-ordination to assess
your strengths and weakness.
FREE Entry to our Swing Fault Workshop with former PGA Professional Ken Druce. A detailed swing analysis that correlates
to movement dysfunction. We will show you how you can correct swing faults by
using specific stretches and exercises. Each person will have their own
specific program that relates to their game.
Use of complex training tools such as
Extreme Balance Boards, BOSU, Body Blade and VIPR to improve nervous system
adaptation. This allows the body to enhance movement mechanics and skills to
allow powerful leg and arm actions, effective rotational and flexibility skills
to improve the golf swing.

Anyone who plays golf and wants to improve
their game. Beginners to advanced are welcome to join

weeks incorporating various training abilities such as balance, flexibility,
strength, power & co-ordination.

At the No Regrets Studio 10 / 18-20 Redland
Drive Mitcham for all strength, balance sessions. Speed, Agility and swing
fault analysis at the local driving range

The program begins April 2nd at 7pm
Wednesdays and 10am Thursdays
